What is the lead time?
Typically around 3-4 weeks for our own manufactured product and 6-8 weeks for European imports. We can be flexible and work with you to find a solution within your required time frame.
Where do you manufacture?
All of our own product is manufactured at our factory in the West Midlands, we source other specified product from Europe.
Where can I see a catalogue?
Instead of offering a fixed catalogue of products that might limit your options, we prefer to work closely with you to deliver solutions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. We have the capability to manufacture in-house or source exacting products directly from our partners in Europe. You will find a small selection of standard products under our furniture heading.
Where can I see prices?
Please email sales@jamesonseating.co.uk or call 0121 622 6620 with any pricing requests, because there are so many variants to contract furniture based on finishes, fabrics, qtys etc then we will issue a quote unique to your project.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes, on our soft furnishings side, we offer a full installation and project management service, and on our furniture side, we have our own team of drivers and installers who can place your furniture exactly where you want it and remove all rubbish.
Do you work with the general public?
No, we primarily specialise in bespoke contract furniture for the hospitality and commercial sectors, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and public spaces. While we do not typically sell directly to individual consumers, we are happy to discuss project opportunities with designers, architects, and business owners.
