Whether you’ve got a question about one of our products, care tips for your Jameson furniture, installation and delivery support, or questions about who we work with. We aim to make things simple, so you can get the most from your furniture and soft furnishings and enjoy a smooth, hassle-free experience.

What is the lead time?

Typically around 3-4 weeks for our own manufactured product and 6-8 weeks for European imports. We can be flexible and work with you to find a solution within your required time frame.

Where do you manufacture?

All of our own products are manufactured at our factory in the West Midlands. We source other specified products from Europe.

Where can I see a catalogue?

Instead of offering a fixed catalogue of products that might limit your options, we prefer to work closely with you to deliver solutions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. We have the capability to manufacture in-house or source exacting products directly from our partners in Europe. You will find a small selection of standard products under our furniture heading.

Where can I see prices?

Please email sales@jamesonseating.co.uk or call 0121 622 6620 with any pricing requests. As there are so many variants to contract furniture based on wood finishes, choice fabrics, quantities, we will issue a quote unique to your project.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes, our Soft Furnishings team provide full installation and project management.

For our furniture services, we have our own team of drivers and installers who can place your furniture exactly where you want it and remove all rubbish.

Do you work with the general public?

No, we do not work with the general public.

We specialise in bespoke contract furniture for hospitality and commercial sectors, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and public spaces. We don’t usually sell directly to consumers but welcome project discussions with designers, architects, and business owners.
